What is Motion Blur?

How can an image with a blur viewed as an all-embracing image? The photographer must be an amateur. Is that true? Myth: Professional photographers always capture 100% focused images. Reality: The photographer may intentionally capture movement in his/her photograph to indicate the activity that may be happening around.

Photography is considered an art. There exist various methods to display emotions or subject aesthetically. Flowing water, moving clouds, star trails or even milky way that is visible at night. What this does is that it brings viewers attention to details which may not be visible in other perspectives.
